Real estate run’s in my bloodline, but it wasn’t until we purchased our first home that I became completely obsessed with homeownership. Like lot’s of first time buyers we lost out on 6 houses in 2018 before finding one to call home. The night we moved in I stayed up and painted for 9 hours.
Over the next two years I would learn how to lay tile, install backsplash, paint cabinets, and install new lighting. I was hooked, owning your own home and creating a beautiful place to come home to at the end of the day is a feeling I want everyone to experience.
We have since sold that sweet home and doubled our investment (thank you 2021)! We purchased our next big project, a 1969 ranch style on an acre in Boise, ID and are working on renovating this one as well. What a treat it is helping people find the same joy that I have in owning a home!
